Swami Vidyadhishananda Giri is President Monk of the nonprofit: Self Enquiry Life Fellowship. He is also the Head Pontiff of Swamahiman Mission for Vedic & Sanskrit Heritage. Swami Vidyadhishananda Giri is a fully realized ordained Kriya Yoga monk and Meditation Master of the ancient Himalayan Monastic tradition. He hails from an esoteric lineage of monks who specialize in seamlessly combining three cardinal philosophies of ancient Sanskrit heritage of Vedanta, Yoga and Samkhya. The roots of this teaching go back before 3100 BCE. The monastic branches were formalized in the current orders in and around 500 BCE.

As a scholar and a philosopher he tirelessly teaches authentic Himalayan meditation techniques based on the unbroken tradition of his lineages. His many hours of deep meditation on the Sanskrit verses, of cardinal philosophies and of monastic inquiry methods led him to profound insights that he brings to his meditative interpretations. Stemming from 3,000 hours of mediation a year and the philosophical paradigm of learning and teaching by the heart his teachings are exquisite.

He teaches Kriya laya, Kriya mantra, Kriya yoga and Kriya vinyasa meditation techniques in extended retreats. He gives fellowship lectures, live-streams and sends frequent enlightenment messages to his fellowship. Swami Vidyadhishanada Giri has an extraordinary ability to connect to current research, disseminate and articulate the nuances of ancient texts and impart wisdom on these questions without gaps or confusion on any of these principles. His passion is to create a more synergistic and harmonious world.
