Pranayama is a seated practice. Each session will begin with a purification cleanse for the vital organs followed by a particular pranayama scale to activate blood flow, tone nerves, spinal cord and cardiac muscles; moving into vibrational sound all given sequentially, while lastly watching and feeling the inner subtle after effects in your heart center.
All levels welcome.
Pam has been teaching breath-centered practices for over 25 years. She is a breath coach and classical yoga educator teaching Himalayan pranic modalities as they can be applied for today’s world with the intention to preserve and conserve the many holistic techniques of yoga.
